New AP- 1008CH And AP-1008DH Air Purifiers Hit the Market

Coway, an international designer and manufacturer of healthy living products like air and water purifiers, have recently introduced the powerful and elegant AP-1008CH and AP-1008DH HEPA air purifiers. Combining style and unique air purification power, Coway’s AP10008 air purifiers represent a new level of healthy living products. The AP-1008 line provides consumers with outstanding purification, plenty of advanced features, and a handsome design that complements any room. Both models reach Energy Star standards, can effectively purify up to 355 square feet, boast five different speeds including silent and turbo, and have a power saving mode. While they sport the same unique flat panel space saving design, the AP-1008CH comes in white and the AP-1008DH has a premium brown leather finish.

The AP-1008 models have advanced controls. An automatic mode constantly monitors the air quality and adjusts the air purifier’s speed and power levels accordingly. Both air purifiers have a unique pollution level indicator used in conjunction with a mood lamp. You can easily monitor air purity with the lamp’s color coordination system so that you know your air is always pure.

In terms of filtration, both purifiers utilize a multiple purification process. The AP-1008DH uses a four stage system that includes a prefilter, a multi-care filter, a true HEPA filter, and a deodorization filter. The AP-1008CH uses a three stage filtration system including a prefilter, A3 antibacterial filter, and a true HEPA filter. Both true HEPA filters have a 12 month life span and can eliminate up to 99.97% of bacteria, dust, dander and debris all the way down to the 0.3 micron level.
