Is your family from another planet? Your old pals are aliens from the outer space? There are certainly people who are sure that is the case. If you are one of them or you simply prefer to see the "real stories" they have to share, simply visit this hilarious new blog we're talking about below:

Alienhomemaker, a blog dedicated to the life and times of Aliens living in America, is seeking stories of the trials and tribulations of new Aliens moving to the United States. Astrid Senior, author, moved to Silicon Valley at the end of 2007 after living in three countries in the last seven years. She plans to post the stories on her blog and begin to create a Top Ten list of tips to help Aliens make a successful transition.

“I noticed that many of the other Aliens I encountered experienced the same challenges that I faced,” said Senior. “I want to create a resource where people from around the world could learn how to make a country-to-country move successful and know that they are not alone.”

Moving from Germany, Senior lived in the U.K. for 3 years and opened a flower shop that Prince Charles used regularly for his country events. Senior then moved back to Germany where she lived for 3 years and worked as Office Manager at Touch Innovations. From Germany she moved to Denmark where she worked as an International Events and Trade Show Manager for Schneider Electric. Today her day job is working at True Virtual Communications where she is a Partner in the Marketing and PR Firm.
